PeptideIQ Subscription Terms

PeptideIQ is a price data aggregator subscription provided by Agentic Data Mining, a trade name of Voltairera Voltpool, LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms apply when a business (“you”) subscribes to PeptideIQ for one or more storefronts listed on The Peptide Index (peptidepricehistory.com). They sit alongside the site’s Terms of Service, disclaimer and Privacy Policy; where they differ on a subscription, these terms apply.

1. What you are buying

A subscription to software and data: a private, signed-in view of your storefront on The Peptide Index and of the public market around it — your price position per compound on a common $/mg scale, rivals’ public price changes, stock and sale signals, catalog gaps, your own traffic from The Peptide Index, and the alerts and reports of your plan. We aggregate publicly available product pages and public records. We do not sell, supply, test or endorse any product, and nothing in PeptideIQ is medical, legal or regulatory advice.

2. Independence: what money never buys

Paying never changes your trust tier, your ranking, the prices we show for you, or how fast corrections are handled. “Verified” is earned from public records and is never sold. Your own record, the accuracy tools (corrections, price uploads, title fixes) and your own traffic numbers are free on every plan.

3. Plans, trials and the founding offer

Plans, prices and what each includes are shown at sign-up and in the portal. A trial gives the chosen plan’s features for its stated length; cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. The founding offer (Growth at $75 a month or $750 a year, a 60-day trial) is for the first ten stores and closes on 31 December 2026; its price stays locked for as long as the subscription runs without a break, and a cancellation ends the lock. One trial per storefront.

4. Billing and payment

Subscriptions renew each month or year until cancelled. You can pay by card at checkout through our billing provider, or ask for an invoice payable by bank transfer (ACH/wire) or USDC, due 15 days after issue. Prices exclude any taxes that apply. An unpaid invoice may, after notice, move the storefront to the free plan; your account and data are kept.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel at any time in the portal or by email. Monthly plans run to the end of the paid month; part months are not refunded. Annual plans can be refunded pro rata if cancelled within the first 30 days of the paid year. After cancellation the storefront continues on the free plan.

6. Your account and your people

Access is by invitation to named people, each with their own sign-in. You are responsible for who you invite and for keeping sign-ins to yourselves; you can remove anyone at any time. Seats and storefronts are limited by plan.

7. Confidentiality and your data

Your portal is confidential: we do not show your non-public numbers (your traffic, your settings, anything you upload) to any other store, and we do not show you any other store’s non-public data. We use what you upload (for example a price list) only to run PeptideIQ and keep the index accurate. Peer comparisons use aggregates of at least four stores. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how long we keep it.

8. Acceptable use

PeptideIQ is for your own business. Do not resell, republish or bulk-export it, share sign-ins, probe other stores’ data, or use it to make claims about any product’s effects. We may suspend access that breaks these terms, after notice where reasonable.

9. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the data accurate and the service available, but it is provided “as is”: public pages change, crawls miss, and figures can be wrong until corrected. Decisions you make with PeptideIQ are yours.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim relating to a subscription is limited to the fees you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes, law and contact

We may change these terms or a plan with at least 30 days’ notice by email; a locked founding price is not changed while it holds. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, with venue as in the site’s Terms of Service. Questions: peptideiq@peptidepricehistory.com.
