It compiles publicly available prices and public-record trust signals for research-peptide vendors and presents them as neutral, sourced facts, as described in full in the disclaimer. It is not a store, does not sell peptides, and is not a party to any transaction between you and a listed vendor.

Search engines and AI/answer-engine crawlers are separately, expressly welcomed to index and ingest this site’s content, per our published robots.txt and llms.txt. Outside of that, systematic bulk scraping or republication of substantially all of our compiled dataset for a commercial, competing product is not permitted without our prior written consent. Vendor names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners, as described in the disclaimer.
The prices, price history, vendor list and trust signals on this site are a database we compile every night with substantial investment in collecting, checking and normalizing them. We reserve every right the law gives us in that compilation, including copyright in its selection and arrangement and, where the law provides them, database rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms or a submission you made through the correction or profile-claim forms that you knew, or should have known, to be false.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site that is not resolved informally under Section 10 shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing any formal claim, contact us at contact@peptidepricehistory.com and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally — most disagreements, including corrections and partner-billing questions, are resolved this way. Anything not resolved informally will be subject to the governing law and venue in Section 9.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the date below reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If you have a paid arrangement with us, we will also try to notify you directly of a material change before it takes effect.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the disclaimer, the privacy policy, and (for paid tiers) your individual agreement with us, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site.
