The Peptide Index exists to bring transparency to a market built on anonymity — surfacing real prices and public-record vendor signals so buyers can decide with facts.
The Peptide Index is a price index. It tracks what research-peptide vendors publicly list on their own storefronts, normalizes every listing to a comparable USD per mg, and keeps the history — so a price can be seen not just as it is today, but as it has moved over time. That’s the entire product: the same listing data anyone could gather by hand, collected nightly, made comparable, and kept honest.
Every night, The Peptide Index reads the public catalog pages of the vendor storefronts in the vendor database. For each listing it records the advertised price, package size, and stated peptide content, then:
A vendor’s trust tier, $/mg figure, and position in a price-sorted table are computed the same way for every vendor and are never for sale — that line doesn’t move for any partner program. As of today no outbound link carries a referral tag and no vendor has paid us anything — the partner program is not open. When it opens, some outbound links will carry a referral tag and a vendor will be able to pay for an optional Verified Partner badge and a fuller profile. Neither will ever change a price, a trust tier, or where a listing sorts. Brand names for blends are listed only as searchable aliases — composition comes first.
A current-price comparison tells you who is cheapest today. Only history tells you whether today’s price is normal, a spike, or a genuine drop — and whether a “sale” is real. Because The Peptide Index snapshots every vendor every night, each compound page carries a price-over-time chart (median and lowest $/mg) alongside the current listings, and 30-day trend figures are computed from actual observed baselines, not vendor claims.
The index is refreshed nightly; the footer of every page shows the date of the last completed sync. A vendor’s listing appears as “current” only while it is live on their storefront on the most recent crawl. First loads after a quiet period can take a few extra seconds while the database wakes.
Everything on this site exists for research and price-transparency purposes. The Peptide Index sells nothing, recommends nothing, and publishes no medical content — no dosing, no protocols, no claims of safety or efficacy for human use. The compounds tracked here are research materials, and inclusion of a vendor or compound is a statement about price data, never an endorsement.
