Request a correction

If you operate a business listed on The Peptide Index and something is inaccurate or out of date, we want to fix it. This is your right of reply — here’s how it works.

How to submit a correction

  1. Find your business. Open the vendor directory and search for your storefront to open its profile.
  2. Use the correction form. Every vendor profile has a “Request an update / Submit a correction” panel. Tell us what is wrong and what it should say, and include a public source or filing reference where possible (a business registration, trademark record, or the relevant page on your own site).
  3. We review and respond. Submissions are reviewed by a person before any change is made — nothing you send is published automatically. We make good-faith adjustments promptly and use your email only to follow up on your request.

What corrections are for

This pathway is for factual corrections to the public-record trust signals and listed prices shown on a profile — for example, a business entity or ownership detail we captured incorrectly, an out-of-date price, or a trademark or registration record that should be attributed differently. A trust tier is a neutral transparency signal, not a verdict; where a signal is genuinely inaccurate, we will correct the underlying fact. This form is not a review or testimonial channel.

Are you the vendor?

If you operate the business and want to confirm who runs it — rather than correct one specific fact — use the profile claim form instead. A claim lets you state your legal entity and point us at the public record that proves it, which is what moves a profile off “not disclosed.” It is free, and it is reviewed against public records the same way a correction is.

The correction form is the fastest route because it reaches a monitored review queue tied to the right profile. If you cannot use it, submit through the form on any profile and note the business it concerns, and we will route it. You can also reach a person directly:

We check every claim against the public record and make good-faith corrections promptly — typically within a few business days. For the full policy on how we source and present data — and our neutral, no-accusation stance — see the disclaimer.
