Copyright complaints (DMCA)

This notice is provided for transparency; it is not legal advice.

The Peptide Index and PeptideIQ are run by Voltairera, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company doing business as Agentic Data Mining. We respect copyright. Almost everything on this site is our own compilation of prices and public records, but a few things are given to us by the businesses we list: a store logo or profile text uploaded by a verified store owner, a link to a certificate of analysis, a correction or claim, a support request. If you believe something of yours appears here without permission, this page explains how to tell us.

Send a notice of claimed infringement

Write to our designated copyright agent (details below) with all of the following, as the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)) requires:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature (the copyright owner or a person authorised to act for them).
  2. Which copyrighted work you say was infringed (or, for several works on one site, a representative list).
  3. Which material you say infringes it, and where it is: the full address (URL) of the page on this site.
  4. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for the owner.

A notice that leaves out these items may not be acted on. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).

What we do

When we receive a complete notice we promptly remove or disable access to the material, tell the person who supplied it, and give them the chance to respond. We keep a record of each notice. We end the access of people who are repeat infringers.

Counter-notice

If you supplied material that was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send our agent a counter-notice with: your signature; which material was removed and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district where you live (or, outside the United States, the District of South Carolina) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice. We pass your counter-notice on and, unless that person tells us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.

Our designated copyright agent

Send notices and counter-notices by email to dmca@peptidepricehistory.com, addressed to the Copyright Agent, Voltairera, LLC d/b/a Agentic Data Mining. Please put “Copyright notice” or “Counter-notice” in the subject line.

Not a copyright complaint?

If you are a listed business and think a price, a trust signal or a statement about you is wrong, that is a correction, not a copyright matter: use the form on your vendor profile or see corrections. Questions about your personal data go to the privacy policy.
